TOKYO Marathon is 47days away!!


I should eat candy during running.

The day before yesterday,I ran 28km.I felt thirsty very much.So this time I ate candy during running.And I did not feel thirsty.In winter running,I should eat candy,I think.And today I was little tired.because of the day before yesterday’s running.


I couldn’t open my zipper after running.

After running I couldn’t open my running inner jacket zipper.I misunderstood the way of opening it.I tried to open from the bottom of the zipper but the right way is from the top.Oh no…
