nike+ application keeps my running motivation.
I use nike+application for 7years.This application memorizes my running activity,distance,maps,pace.The top of this application,running ranking is showed.This ranking encourages me run more because my friends run a lot,I can see it in the display.I don`t want to lose my friends!!
Many people all over the world use this application.
I connected this application to instagram. So when I throw some running photo edit in nike+,many people give me “like”to my picture.I am very pleased to get it.This encourages me run more,too.
Fast pace running makes my muscle stronger
Today’s running was very hot.I keeps my pace 6min/km.And only for 6minutes,I run fast.I should my muscle stronger.I set this fast pace running in every running. And I must bring drink not to be heatstroke.
