Today’s tool is adidas poach. I take pet bottle sports drink into this poach.This poach is good for carrying pet bottle drink.Pet bottle drink is little heavy.The more I drink water,the lighter my poach is.After running 5km,I drink water.
I ached my leg.
I run overspeed.So my leg ached.I will rest and I bought “AIR SALONPAS EX”.I used this when I was a high school student.This smell reminds me my high school days in summer.
