OSAKA Marathon is 25 days away!!
I should care my legs more.I entered a mentenance season.
OSAKA Marathon is 25 days away.So I should take care my legs more.So I had better maintenance my body.These days I ask my body during running”Are you OK??”.I always take care my body(especially my legs).
I should thank to body for running.And I quit run faster than uaual.In this season,it is dangerous to do.I keep my pace and only 1time/1run I run a little fast.
I started muscle excesise from Sep6.
During race I need strong legs that support my 42.195km run.So I started exercising my muscle from Sep6.I usually exercise my muscile in my house evey other day.I believe my legs take me to the goal og full marathon.
Super moon gazaed at me!!
Today was a super moon day.The big moon stayed in the night sky.It was a very beautiful night.I run very comfortablly.Many people took pictures of super moon.
