OSAKA Marathon is 8 days away!!
On Thursday my body become tired.
I run almost everyday.So on Thursday my body becomes tired.It becomes easy to be angry,or I want rest after work.I think my body need rest after 3running.I plan my running thinking this situation.
My uneasy feelings went away.
Before 1 month I was very uneasy because Marathon race was coming in some days.But these days I haven’t been uneasy.I have a confidence to run 42.195km.My practice gives me a confidence.
