OSAKA Marathon is 17 days away!!
I didn’t eat foods before running!!
Today’s distance was 8km.So I didn’t eat foods before running.I was very hungry and It was hard to run.I eat candies…I think my body needs more calorie to run.Next running I will eat something before running even if it is a small distance.
Nike+ teaches me how long distance should I run.
I don’t have a lesson marathon trainer.So I use nike+ application.This application teaches me you should run XXkm today.I believe this application.
