What tools do I use?
I drink AQUARIUS and SAVAS.
In summer running,we should drink some water.If we drink some water, we might be heatstroke.Aruerious is good for my body,because it fits our body.It is troublesome to buy Aquerious one by one.So I bought package in Amazon.It costs less than buying one by one.
And I drink SAVAS after running.This makes my muscle harder.My friend recommended me.You should drink zavas that is some kind of protein.If not ,you only use your carory.You got nothing.But you get protein you get stronger muscle.
Hot ruining and ride air bicycle.
It was 33℃,hot and humid.So I decrease running time a little.Instead of that I started bike training.I bought air bike and trained for 3 minutes in heavy gear.
