What tools do I use?
I stock calorie before running.
I eat dinner before running.If not,I can’t make my best performance.Today I had much dinner and 1hours later,I started to run.I was a little scared but I could do.I quit convenient store food.I started to have my apartment’s food corner dinner every day.
My form was changed.
I push up,sit up twice a day.So I concentrate on my muscle of the chest recently.Today during running I recognized that my arm position was little changed.I could press my arms tightly to my sides.
