RUNNING FUTURE MAPPING
I run 6.21km at NAGAI PARK.Today is a little tired.I had a light run.This is my running future mapping.First term,it is a little hard to run,but around 10km I am in na high tension.So I endure until 10km.After that my body is very light and it is easy to run.
