OSAKA Marathon is 18 days away!!
I realized that keeping a steady rhythm is good for run.
Today I run keeping a steady rhythm.So my body was little light and It was easy to run than before.These days I have realized some things during running.The more I run,the more I learn about running.Running is so interesting!!
I should take care more about my condition.
Before marathon race,I take care about my body more carefully.But in weekdays my attention is little low.I should be calm and prepare foods,think about my condition before running.
