What tools do I use?
Many people run in NAGAI PARK.I was encouraged by them.
It has been 2 month until OSAKA Marathon.These days I saw a lot of people run in NAGAI Park.I thought they join OSAKA Marathon.I feel pressed.But I should keep my pace.I should not be influenced their pace.
I run slowly (LSD) the way from home to NAGAI Park.
In weekly days,I run fast because I had little time to run.But I think slow running needs some kind of skill.So I run slowly the way from home to NAGAI Park.In OSAKA Marathon I will run slowly because my goal is to run 42.195km.
I read running book again.
My body was little tired,so I wanted to know how often I should rest.According to this book,I should 1day rest per week if i were intermediate or advanced.
