I participated in half marathon.It was the first time for me to participate in half marathon.
Water supply frequency
I drunk water once every 3km.Every 3km marathon volunteer supplied us drinks.So I drunk it.But over15km I drunk my own sports water.I charged water my best spot.
I stretched every 3km.Because my leg ached.

My rank was 82/191.(21/45 in same age rank)Time was 2hour and 2min 58sec.I wanted to run under 2hours.But I couldn’t.
I should do more running to complete 42.195km!!
My goal is to run 42.195km in October 25.So I should run more.I am going to run 30km every weekend,and to exercise my leg muscle more.
