(The Way to OSAKA Marathon64)
OSAKA Marathon is 26 days away!!
I run 30km.This was the second time I run 30km.I learned 3 things after running.
First,I shouldn’t have eaten SUSHI.I always thirsty after eating SUSHI.So during running I have had felt thirsty for 3hours.I never eat SUSHI before running!!
Second, should have money,more jelly drink.Over 20km my body wanted more energy and water.But I didn’t have enough drink and jelly drink.So I was very hard to run.My best jelly list for running is below.
- 10km １jelly drink
- 20km １jelly drink
- 25km １jelly drink
- 30km １jelly drink
- 35km １jelly drink
- 37km １jelly drink
- buck up 1 jelly drink
Third,I should run as if my hair is pulled.The more I run,the more my neck is down.So my company boss advised me that you should run as if your hair is pulled.If you do that,you run more correct position.I realized this effect!!
