(The Way to OSAKA Marathon74)
OSAKA Marathon is 10 days away!!
I keep running before OSAKA marathon.
Nike+ coach tells me that you can rest one day per week.I think it is little hard for me,but If I don’t run one day,my body forgot running feelings.I think it is good to run constantly.I read this kind of articles in newspaper.
I stepped on poop…Oh my got!!
After running when I was trying to take photos,I stepped on poop….It has a long time to step on poop.I had a nostalgia feeling.It happened to me that I stepped on poop.But I thought it was good because It was not being taken a other accidents.(for example traffic accident.)
