I run NAGAI PARK in the morning.In the morning run,there are a lot of people,especially old people and running people.When I run with them,it is like a marathon race!! And today there were a lot of students.They joined the sports meet.I remembered my childhood…But I didn’t join sports club huh!!
I decided to stop until 10km today.Because in the contest I can’t stop very often.I select the pace 5.3min/km or 6min/km depending on my body’s situation.
MUSTLE BREAK
My friend said to me “You should make muscle.So you break your muscle.You should run as fast as you can in the end of the running about 3times.”
