OSAKA Marathon is 22 days away!!
Tomorrow is 30km marathon race.But I run!
In this week I run only 1time.Tomorrow is marathon race.I worried whether to run. Should I rest or run? Eventually(after all) run. I read the article not running is sometimes weaken my leg muscles.
In this season my feeling is that “I should run! I should run!”.
In this season I had a impatience. “I should run! I should run!” This is a bad feeling for me.If I overrun,I break my legs.I concentrate on caring my legs until Oct 25 marathon race.
