I run NAGAI Park.Today I switch the pace 6:00min/km and 5:20min/km every 3min.Nike+ recommended this program.This is good for me to strength my running power.Because slow pace 6:00km/km is a standard “rest”for me(not stop).So my body wants to rest,I just down my pace.This training is good for me and I realized that my running skill is updating.
