THE GOOD METHOD TO RUN LONG DISTANCE
I woke up at 6:30 AM.Yesterday I ate a lot of food midnight.My body said to me “Let’s running!!” I decided to run.And my colleague said to me “It is good to run for 2hours in weekends” So I run more distance and time.I tried rest and run.Before my leg ached ,I rest 30second.This is the good way to run long distance.
DON’T FORGET WATER
This was the first time to run long.But I forgot my water with me.Some people who run at NAGAI PARK had water bottles.So next time I bring it.
GOOD MORNING RUN
In the morning 7:00 AM there are lot of people in NAGAI PARK.Some people walked with their dog and some people run.The sunny light makes me happy during running.It is a long time after run in the morning,so I was very refreshed and had a good running!!
