OSAKA Marathon is tomorrow!
I run 4.1km.I check my body condition.
Tomorrow is OSAKA Marathon.So I checked my body running 4.1km.Today my hip joint was ached a little.I should have stretched especially hip joint point.These days my legs were a little ached.I was afraid to break my legs.
I run in the morning after long time.
I usually run at night.But today I run in the morning.I could see an interesting thing.At 6:30 many people do radio gymnastics in NAGAI PARK.I think it is good for health to do radio gymnastics.
