I run NAGAI PARK.Today there were a lot of running groups.They streched and run together.I reckoned they all join OSAKA Marathon 2015.I envied a little..They looked like fun.But I do on my way.
Today I decided to do LSD.So I run 7min/km pace at first.After that I jog 5.5min/km pace.But today was a little weary.Because I run almost everyday.My body stoked weary,I think.I decided tomorrow is rest day.I will rest musch!!
I read Marathon Book again.I bought 2years ago.This is very useful book.In this book there are strech methods.I learned them.But it taks a lot of time…Ummm.
