I run 11km.My leg ached at 4km.After I stretched I could run again.My leg sometimes ached within 10km.I think I don’t do enough stretch.So I am going to stretch for 5min before and after running.This is same important thing about shoes,car,bike,etc.They all need maintenance.

Today I got a email from OSAKA Marathon office.In this mail it offers us to learn about operation for emergency of human during running.I will join it.And I will learn and make some friends.
