I run at NAGAI PARK.It was humid yesterday.I was a little weary.After 3km I was very tired,but I didn’t keep pase.I felt my leg was heaby.My problem is keeping pace and not doing LSD.I will do LSD when I recognize that I am weary like jockey who control the horse’s pace.This is the key when I recognize my weary.In marathon campain I couldn’t rest a lot of time.I should run.I will learn running slowly “LSD”.I will run 2 hours this weekend.I promise.
