I run NAGAI PARK.Today was cloudy day.It didn’t rain.I had no reason not to run.So I run.There were a few people in the park.So it was easy to run.This time I teach you the tips for running for beginners.
Recognize your pace
It is important to recognize your pace.It is difficult to run in a same speed.Your should know your pace.For example I swiched my pace 6min/hour→5:20min/km→6min/km.I think you should switch pace every 3min.So you strength your running performance.

Take some protein

You need muscle to run long.So you break my muscle and make new one.You should take some protein.I introduce you a protain shaker.I bought this one.Because it is difficult to mingle protein by spoon.Please watch below video.
