NAGAI PARK

I did a night run.I wanted to run more,but on Sunday’s night I wanted to stay home and to prepare for tomorrow.This time I did LSD.I run 6:30min/km.This is a very comfortable pace.I felt running high.But after 1hour my leg ached a little.I think my leg didn’t accustomed to running a lot.I took a method “Muscle break”.After 1hour run,I run at full speed many times.To do this,my muscle was broken down and my muscle will become strong!! I will care about other people because it is dangerous to run at high speed.
