(The Way to OSAKA Marathon76)
OSAKA Marathon is 7 days away!!
This is the last long distance running.
Next week I will participate in OSAKA Marathon race.So I should decrease running distance for Marathon race.I should care my body.
Today’s distance was 20km.I got thirst very much after 18km.I should drink in advance.If I want to restroom,I can go!! It is better than getting thirst.
Junior high school marathon race was held in NAGAI Park.
When I was running junior high school marathon race was held.So I run walking road.Many students cheered their friends.I thought cheering gives power to runner.I am looking forward to getting cheers in Marathon race.
