OSAKA Marathon is 14 days away!!
Tomorrow is rainy day.So I decided to run 28km in midnight.
My Sunday schedule was canceled,so I was going to run on Sunday.But it will rain on Sunday according to weather forecast.I decided to run midnight.I always check weather next 1week.I make a plan to run.
It is important when I eat foods during marathon.
This time I brought 7 jelly drink,2 sports drink and 5 candies.I ate 3 jelly drink,1 sports drink,3 candies.It is important when I eat such foods.I ate 10km,15km,19km this time.And my leg ached I stopped and stretched,drink sports drink.I remember over 20km,I didn’t wait supply station in OSAKA 30km race.So I will bring 1 bottle in OSAKA marathon.
